I alluded during my last post to participating in a healthy eating program. I swear I looked at it for months before deciding to jump in and try it out – and did so mainly due to two friends (AD and C) and seeing how balanced they’ve been. Truth be told – since going back to school my dinners of Wheat Thins, hummus, and wine have reached epic proportions, and I could use some resetting of what constitutes a balanced meal. With less wine.
So, I’m doing a portion control program called 21 Day Fix that basically dumbs down eating into categories – and you just fill the little tubs and eat the number of tubs based on your weight. I have to say – makes it easy- though I realize I often don’t eat enough – especially when I take out the daily wine!
Here’s some pics of the plenty of eats over the last week! I did have some wine (and a beer) this weekend, though they were accounted for. Also – my OneNote document of eating plans!

Well, 9 days of travels, time spent (more than I would have liked) at the Chinese embassy in DC, a great party for a friend having a baby, and a night out with some great friends too.
Add to that the first roller coasters of the year (me and R!)
